LtGen (Ret’d) D. Michael Day says our upcoming conference “Canada’s Defence Perspectives 2020-2050: Recapitalization and the Canadian Forces” on March 29-30 in Ottawa, will “allow us to decide what we want to be in the next 20-30 years”. He tells us one of the reasons he is excited to be participating in the conference is the opportunity “to define our defence capabilities for decades to come.”
