Pete Hull is visiting faculty at the US Army War College. He teaches in the Homeland Defense and Security Issues Group of the Center for Strategic Leadership. He is a principal analyst at ANSER, a defense and homeland security analytic services corporation. His work there included leading an analysis of the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and resulted in the publication of "Heralding Unheard Voices," a report that looked at the role of faith-based and non-governmental organizations following disasters. Prior to that he served as the Executive Manager for Emergency Preparedness of the US Senate Sergeant-at-Arms. He is a retired naval intelligence officer and served for 23 years in the US Navy.
