Stephanie MacLellan: Sources of International and Domestic Concern

Stephanie MacLellan’s presentation on sources of international and domestic concern at our “Cyber Resilience: A Holographic Perspective on Continuing Threats and Potential Solutions,” which took place on October 25, 2016 at Massey College at the University of Toronto.

Stephanie MacLellan is a research associate at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) in the Global Security and Politics program, specializing in Internet governance and cyber-security. She spent more than a decade working as an editor and reporter for newspapers, such as the Toronto Star, the Hamilton Spectator, and the Slovak Spectator, an English-language weekly based in Bratislava, Slovakia. She holds a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University and a Master of Global Affairs from the Munk School of Global Affairs.
